Fall in the New England states is just the most beautiful thing. If you're lucky enough to live near a beach it's the perfect time for a visit. The kiddies are back in school and it's quiet enough to listen to nothing but the sounds of nature.
This will be my first fall in Florida. While I will miss the gorgeous lush colors of the changing trees I'm curious to see what a warm tropical Autumn entails.
So it's Twisting Time at Shirley's 2 Girls. This week our twist is to use yellow on your card. How easy is that? To get yellow on my card I went to the S2G digi papers "Back to School". You can purchase them here. The digital image is "Fall Chair" which you get here. With that and a couple punches and embellies and you've got the makings for a sweet card. If you've got something else you'd like to use then go for it. You just have to go over to the S2G challenge blog and link up your creation and you'll be in the running to win some digi images and a fun badge to display on your blog (you may have noticed I'm a big fan of the badges). While you're over there be sure to check out what the rest of the design team has done. They're a very talented bunch of ladies.
I'd love the spend some time chatting but as you all probably know, I'm in the middle of moving and things are nutso. So please forgive this short post and if I've forgotten any details, my apologies, hopefully you'll be able to figure it out.
Here's the deets:
Stamp - S2G Fall Chair digi image
Ink - HP printer; Ranger "Scattered Straw"
Paper - S2G digi dp "Back to School"; red cs scrap; Reminisce "Set the Table" dp
Miscellaneous - TCP "Orange You Glad" felt; EK Success "Leaf Chain: punch; orange button; leaf charm; TCP twine; cork; Crystazzi bling
Here's the challenges:
S2G - twist use yellow
CCEE1032 - sketch
Pile It On #32 - use more than 5 cut outs
Thanks for visiting, I hope you'll come back again. Don't forget to click on the pink ribbon before you leave, it's a good thing.
