Glorious Green

Happy Saint Patrick's Day to you!

While I'd love to have one of these cupcakes I think I'll be hunting' down a loaf of Irish Soda Bread instead, that's one of my favorites.

These cuppies and cookies are the inspiration for this week's Cupcake Inspiration challenge, sponsored by the Doodle Pantry.  Can you stop drooling long enough to make a card or project.  There's so much to be inspired by, those beautiful roses, the sweet little shamrocks, the soft colors, and of course cupcakes!

I used an image from the Doodle Pantry that features an ant and a four leaf clover to make my card so I used the color of the shamrocks as my inspiration.  All those sweet little white dots on the pastries made me get out my liquid pearls to decorate the lacey circle mat.

Do you walk past all those tiny  $1 clear stamp sets when you're in the craft store.  I'm a sucker for them.  Since I didn't have any "Irish" designer paper for this card I was able to make my own using some of those little stamps.   It's fun and easy, give it a try sometime.

Here's the deets:
stamp - Doodle Pantry digi for main image and large inside sentiment; Studio G clear stamps for" 4 leaf clover" and "It's All About the Green"
ink - printer for image; SU "Glorious Green" and "Green Galore" for homemade dp
paper - Warsau Paper Classics card stock for dp and mat; Georgia Pacific white cs for printing digis
miscellaneous - copics; stickles; bakery twine; charm; liquid pearls; nesties circle and lacey circle dies; green silk ribbon

don't forget the inside

Here's the challenges:
Cupcake Inspirations CIC102 - photo inspiration
Really Reasonable Ribbon #19 - Green Theme
Sisterhood of Crafters - Leaping Leprachauns
L'il Red Wagon - St. Paddy's Day Green
