"Hope is the thing..." is one of the Hope You Can Cling To challenges at Splitcoast Stampers. This is the beginning of a verse by Emily Dickenson. It's so beautiful I have to post it here:Hope is the thing with feathers
that perches in the soul
and sings the tune without the words
and never stops at all.
I particularly like the "never stops" part.
Bridget's challenge is to make a card inspired by this verse.
I immediately thought of this stamp and die set from My Favorite Things and decided to combine this challenge with MFT's sketch. Of course for October pink is a must, and since I have this paper with pink bird cages as the design - well the card practically made itself.
