BOO!

It's time for Cupcake Inspirations CIC232 Challenge.  It's also time for all the ghosties and goblins to be making an appearance so if you've got some some fun Halloween stamps and embellishments now would be the time to break them out.  If you don't celebrate Halloween you can still play along by using the colors white, chartreuse and black for your challenge inspiration.  We want everyone to be included.
