Snuggle Up

Even though it's late I wanted to get this card posted so I'm going to try to be quick. It's for three challenges. The Wednesday Stamp Club on the MFT forum at Splitcoast. Kim's challenge was to do one or all three of the following things: 1) Add texture to your cards; 2) Use either In the Background or Snuggle Bunnies; and 3) Follow the layout of the card I created. I choose to to use the stamp and to add texture to the cardstock I used for the moon by running it thru my Sizzex in a Cuttlebug folder.

The Color Throwdown Challenge #76 is to use

So Saffron, Old Olive and Melon Mambo. The card's base is SU So Saffron, and the cs mat around the image is SU Old Olive. The stamped image is colored with copics, I brought in some pink there and also with the button, that's about as close I'm gonna get to the Melon Mambo.

I used the layout from the Mojo Monday Sketch Blog Challenge MOJO123. The dp is from DCWV Nana's Nursery stack. I substituted three yellow hot fix crystals from MFT for the buttons.

The inside was finished off with the DCWV paper.

Here's the rest of the deets: the image was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black on Georgia Pacific cs, the edges were sponged with Ranger distress Scattered Straw and the star is covered with Glitzy Glitter.
