Let's Hop!

you can enlarge the photo by clicking on it
Are you hopping along with the Pretties?  Then you came here from Amber's blog.  When you're done here you're going to go to Cindy's blog (don't worry I'll throw another link to Cindy in at the end of this post).   If you just popped in here why don't you join the hop.   There are four new stamp sets being released today (you can start shopping at 7 AM) and the design team members have each picked at least one to showcase.  We started the hop at the Paper Pretties challenge blog, just click on the name it's a link to bring you there.  I'll wait for you to get back here.  Go have fun!
It's also challenge day at Paper Pretties.  Convenient how that worked out.  The challenge this week, PWC144, is to use ribbon.  How easy is that!?  I tied a little piece of green ribbon tied around the image panel.  Speaking of the image, it's "Party Giraffe".   I was in a fun and funky mood the day I colored it in, thinking that if I were a party animal I'd be very colorful.  Besides who says you have to use brown and tan?  Not me.  I say go for pinks and purples, neon greens with bright yellows, or oranges and hot pinks.  Have fun with color.   Just saying...
So, for this weeks challenge find a favorite ribbon or ribbons and use them on your card.  After you've completed your card link it up on the Paper Pretties challenge blog for a chance to win a prize.   You don't have to use a Paper Pretties image but if you have them we love to see what you do with them.

don't forget the inside

Here's the deets:
stamp - Paper Pretties "Party Animal"
ink - Memento "Tuxedo Black"; Ranger "Spiced Marmalade"
paper - DCVW "Glitter Stack" dp; Stampin' Up "Rich Regals" blue cs; Georgia Pacific white cs for image
miscellaneous - Blue Moon "Tokens" star charm; ribbon scrap; Spellbinders, nestibilities "Curved Rectangles", "Lacey Circles" and "Circles"' brads, buttons' twine

Thanks for visiting.  I hope you'll come back again and of course I want to see what you do for the ribbon challenge so don't forget to link up your card or project.  And now it's time for you to move onto the lovely and extremely talented Cindy Haffner's blog.  I know you're going to like what she does, cause it's always drop dead gorgeous!   Have fun hopping.
