SFTW #22 - Texture

I hope you're lucky enough to be having a long weekend for the Thanksgiving holiday.   If you're like me you'll likely to be sitting in your craft room happily making cards or scrapbooking so why not join the Stampin' for the Weekend challenge #22 to add "Texture" to your card.  If you'd rather be shopping, well then run along and have fun. 

There's lots of ways to add texture to your card and texture adds interest. The light blue card stock layer is embossed with a Cuttlebug snowflake folder.  Textiles and fibers, like ribbon, cord, floss, twine and felt also add texture.  This card has a grosgrain ribbon.  There's glitter on the striped paper and the snowflakes.  The snowflakes also have pearls on them.  There's plenty more ways to add texture to your card.  Do you need some more ideas?  Then pop over to the Stampin' for the Weekend  challenge blog to see what the design team has created.  Those gals are not only very talented they're clever too.  You'll enjoy the visit.
