My card used the "spotlight" technique. It's pretty easy to do. Stamp your image twice. On one image color sections that you will punch out. Mat the section(s) you colored, apply dimensionals and mount it to the uncolored image in the area that it matches. I'm not sure if I like it or not, at first I didn't care for it but it's starting to grow on me.
Here's the deets:
stamp - Paper Pretties "Brew Your Coffee"
ink - MFT Color Box Black Licorice
paper - MFT "Banana Split" card stock; Bazzill greyish blue card stock; Stampin' Up "Basic Black" card stock; October Afternoon "Sidewalks" patterned papers
miscellaneous - Prismacolor Pencils; bling; SU crochet ribbon; black waxed linen cord; teacup charm; MFT "Circle stax" die-namics; SU 1-3/8"
circle punch;
