PWC259 - Your Favorite Stamp

It's time to get pretty.  Every Wednesday Paper Pretties brings you to a new challenge.  Today we're asking you to "Use Your Favorite Stamp".  Now that's a great, fun and easy challenge.  You can make any kind of card or project with your favorite stamp, it doesn't even have to be from Paper Pretties (but we'd love to see you use them), just remember to post it in the Paper Pretties blog so we can see it and you'll be entered into the draw for some digis.

There are many Paper Pretties stamps that I love (anything with Sophia, the Sock Monkey, the Irish Blessings, the list goes on and on) but my favorite is "Sassy Shoes".  I just love this set.  I've blogged about this before but I don't tire of saying how much I like this stamp set and how well received every card I've made with it has been.  What can I say, most women love shoes.  I've purchased shoes I love and then found outfits to wear with them.  I used to be able to wear spikey high heels but my feet are so wide it's rare to find heels like that in sizes wide enough for my feet.  When I was younger I could tolerate tight shoes but not any more.  So these days I mostly lust after the pretty shoes and search far and wide and high and low for shoes that not only look a little fashionable but feel comfortable on my feet.  But I digress..

The Sassy Shoe set has four different shoes and I love them all.  It also has some trims to put on the plain shoe and a few sentiments.  If you don't have this set you have got to add it to your stash.  It's fun to use, and you can make a card fast.  It doesn't need to be colored (of course you can color it if you'd like) so you can stamp it and put your card together right away.  You just need to have your supplies and layout ready and you can put it together in no time.

Here's the deets:
stamp - Paper Pretties "Sassy Shoes" clear
ink - Versamark for shoe and sentiment; Stampin' Up "Soft Suede" for sponging
paper - Stampin' Up "Soft Suede" and Black card stock; Paper Pizazz "Wild Things Leopard" patterned paper
miscellaneous - Stampin' Up "Soft Suede ribbon"; lace; black waxed linen twine; purse charm; Spellbinder's "Scalloped Square" die; Stampin' Up 1-3/8" circle punch and scalloped circle punch; bling; black embossing powder
