For my card I chose to use the Frosty stamp set. It comes four snowflakes which you can use to make your own background paper. I chose to make a clean and simple card in two different color paths instead of making a separate background paper. It's not that easy to discern but the card on the left is stamped in blue ink and the card on the right is done in silver embossing powder. If you need to make a lot of cards in a hurry the one in the blue ink takes next to no time at all, and if you want to make it even faster make it a single layer. If you like a more elegant look the silver embossing is the way to go.
Here's the deets:
stamp - Paper Pretties Frosty
ink - Memento Nautical Blue; Versamark
paper - Stampin' Up Midnight Muse and Whisper White
miscellaneous - Silver embossing powder; corner punch
Here's the challenges:
Paper Pretties PWC277 - No Designer Paper
Tuesday Throwdown 166 - Clean and Simple
Creative Card Crew #45 - Christmas
Craft Your Passion #181 - No Coloured In Images
Thanks for stopping by, come back again.
Both are really pretty CAS cards, Chris! And that is a great way to go for making lots of Christmas cards! :^)
