In case you can't tell the open scallop border is cut from felt. I can't believe how perfect a match it is for the card stock. That card stock is embossed with hearts, which don't show up very well either.

oh I LOVE this card! The torn background is amazing and I love how you've used it on the inside too. The little guy is an absolute heartthrob and colored beautifully. I'm glad you pointed out that the cardstock is embossed or I would have missed it - bet it's really awesome in person!
