How much fun is this photo!  You've got a sock monkey, a pail full of Tootsie Pops (and in my favorite flavors), a big old banner, and a mile high pile of cupcakes!  Wowsers, if you can't find inspiration for Cupcake Inspirations challenge #148 from this photo you better have somebody check your pulse.
