charm, little heart with flower, is hiding under the twine |
Of course the first step was deciding on a stamp. I chose "Everyday Lily" and after that the only biggest decision I had to make was what colors to use.
On a single layer card one of the things you can do to jazz it up a little is to tie a ribbon around it. Well, I have this gorgeous ribbon. I've gone through 3 spools of it already. If you're drooling over it and haven't seen it before, well, (enabler alert!) I picked it up at Walmart.
Here's a tip, if you color your image with copics, work with the card open so the ink won't bleed through to the inside.
Here's the deets:
stamp - Paper Pretties "Everyday Lily"
ink - Memento "Tuxedo Black"
paper - just a white card blank
miscellaneous - ribbon, twine, charm, bling
Here's the challenges:
Paper Pretties PWC158 - single layer
CR84FN31 - Light Pink, Medium Green, Neutral
Shabby Tea Room #66 - Pink Lemonade - Pink, green, neutral and flowers
Stampin ' B - 1 layer, 2 stamps, 3 colors
Well, can you handle this! I bet you can. Need more inspiration? Visit the Paper Pretties challenge blog and see what the rest of the DT has created, you'll find all the info about the challenge there as well as the linkey thingey. I can't wait to see what you create.
Thanks for visiting, I hope you'll come back again.
