That's half a million hits on a blog, Joanne's blog "Just a Little Something" that is. Joanne is celebrating getting 500,000 hits on blog. That is a big deal, I've only got 28,000+ hits on mine and about 25,000 of them were made by me. To celebrate Joanne is having a challenge, a sketch plus 3 challenge. I like when Joanne celebrates cause she gives away a prize (by the way, last time she celebrated I was the winner of a really great big pile of stamping heaven). To celebrate her big deal event I'm playing along with her challenge, who knows lightning can hit twice, maybe I'll win again, and even if I don't it's fun to play.
If you don't know Joanne, she's on the design teams for two of my favorite stamp companies so I visit her blog all the time, and she's such a fabulous stamper I'd visit anyway. Those companies are My Favorite Things and The Cat's Pajamas. If you've scrolled through my posts you've probably noticed that the majority of my cards are made with stamps from these two companies so how can I pass up this challenge. Her prize for this challenge is a gift certificate for each of these stores.
So are you ready for the deets?

Joanne's Just a Little Something - Sketch plus three (gingham paper; bling, stitching; kraft)

Quixotic Challenge #27 - Emboss It
Paper Sundaes 19th Challenge -Share your favorite book, poem or fairy tale (Alice in Wonderland, an all time favorite book)
The Shabby Tea Room, Week 11, Polka Dot Tea Party - I used my gel pen to put polka dots on the skirt, and the tea party theme is central to my card
Paper Cutz #42 - use buttons plus ribbon, lace or hemp
Pile it On #20 - Out of the Box - whatever that means - I don't know what that means either but for this card it means that it's so much better than a card you'll find in a boxed set.
ABC Challenge - V is for Vintage
