Do I Smell Cake?

That is so me. I love a piece of cake. Well who doesn't? I'm sure there is someone out there who doesn't like cake but there's probably something seriously wrong with them. Okay, just kidding but can you really trust someone who doesn't like cake? I don't mean someone who doesn't eat cake, I think you can decide to not eat cake for health and diet purposes but that's not the same as not liking cake. Well Poochie here likes cake and he's my kind of dog. The last dog I had liked to eat round carrot slices. Now that's weird, and so was Dexter. He was older when I got him and already set in his ways, eating cake not so much his thing.

Today I wanted to make a card for the Cat's Pajama challenge and this week it's a photo inspiration. Last week my TCP card was Poochie with his beach umbrella so this week I focused on the colors for my inspiration instead. There were a couple challenges that were for easel cards. I haven't made one of these in a long time so I was due for that. There are a couple other challenges but I'll tell you about them in a few.
One of the things I like about the Cat's Pajama stamps, besides they are just so dang cute is that I don't have to do a lot of coloring so I can whip up a card in a short amount of time.
Here's the deets:
Stamp: image and sentiment The Cat's Pajamas "Smells Like Cake"
Ink: Brilliance graphite Black; Ranger Scattered Straw
Paper: dp October Afternoon "Thrift Shop" pad; tan cs Nicole; red cs MFT; cream cs MFT Perfect Panel
Miscellaneous: copics for the cake; red glitzy glitter on the heart; brads; button; SU twill tape; nestibilities; charm; DMC floss
Here's the challenges:
The Cat's Pajamas -Summer Inspiration - photo of beach umbrellas
Rosie Dee Challenge 71 - Easel Card
The Corrosive Challenge #64 - Easel Cards
Paper Sundaes 18th Challenge - Easel Card
Allsorts Week 52 - Birthday
Paper Cutz #41 - image of a dog or cat
Cooking It Up with Kate #17 -be charming , make it male (I'd give this to a man), use 3 colors only
