Yes, you have seen this card before.  It was made with the Paper Pretties "Easter Babies" digital set.  The Pretties would like to remind you that this set is being sold as a fund raiser.  All the proceeds (less the PayPal fees) will be donated to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
