You could own this house for $50. Yeah sure, what's the catch. Well you can't buy the house for $50 but you can purchase a chance to win it in a raffle and if you're lucky you will own it. What's the downside? You will be living across the street from me, hehehe. Seriously, I'm not a lawyer, I have nothing to gain from any chances sold. If you have any questions of a legal nature I suggest you contact a lawyer.
What I can vouch for is that this house is gorgeous, I went to the open house this afternoon. It is decorated to the nines, and I understand that the furnishings will be available for purchase at a discounted price. It does not look exactly the same as the pictures on the website, I think it's nice. The pictures are probably of a model house.
The Harborage is a beautiful community, I love being here. I love palm trees and flamingos. I've got the palm trees, but there are some rules for living here and pet flamingos don't cut it. I do have a few nick knacks of the flamingo persuasion. Just can't help myself.
The house is being raffled to benefit the Manatee Children's Services. They are a non-profit social service dedicated to meeting the needs of abused and neglected children and breaking the cycle of child abuse. If you think it's a worthy cause maybe you won't mind spending a few bucks for a chance to win the house. I think it's worth it.
Beautiful house and what a deal, huh? I've heard that this type raffle has worked for private sellers so I'm sure the charity will benefit a lot.
